Adelles Dress
Progress on Adelle
Adelle is only the second flapper I have ever created. (The first being Miss Fannie Barlow, which was gifted to my beautiful sister, LeeAnn.)I am very pleased with her outcome thus far. I just love red heads, and thought she might stand out a bit if her red was electric! Her bra and boy cut panties are almost finished, and then her dress! I almost hate to cover her....So far, I love her underclothing.maybe I can work in a comprimise! Thanks for taking the time to stop in, I will post additional photos of Adelle near her completion. I must hurry now, the contest deadline is two days away!!!

Imagination patience, and some tlc
These are three wee ones I presently have listed on ebay. First is a sweet little dollhouse miniature I have named Dani. She was the patience part! Her hair, although very light in color, and sparce, was a challenge to apply, and give the look of a babies natural growth pattern. The second, is Lima, a sleeping baby fae, waiting to rest at her new home.I sculpted her with TLC, she must not be awakened, for she is just so sweet. And last, we have little Lotti, a pretty little contemplating, pensive, girl fairy. I sculpted her little "sit upon" too!Imagination... XXOXO Christel SOLD!!

I Love This so called work!
I can't really think of doll making as work. I love it that much, and would create dolls if I never sold another! This particular little boy has stolen my heart, as he looks so very much like my youngest grandson we affectionately call "POKE" or Pokie butt!( smiles) He will eventually have clothing, I wanted to show all the detailing that went into his creation! ..xoxoxo Christel

PENN
Well, my WIP is finished! No, I didn't finish him in a day..lol I was a bit lax in adding the WIP photos, (just today) and had already nearly completed him when they posted.I myself am a bit amazed at how different they turn out after adding clothing bits, hair, ect..I hope you like him.His big beautiful wings were made from silk, I added some fimo gel to give them body, as well as wire for support! I love the print on the silk, and knew they would be right for Penn. Thanks so much for taking the time to come and sit a spell, I love visitors, and everyone is always so sweet! Penn Has SOLD to a Very Dear Friend in Pa.

This week, I have decided to "dive" into new waters! I created these two little mermaids/ merboy , and had a blast with them! Little Johnny Appleseed
Sometimes isnpiration can come from a completely unexpected place. This little portrait of Johnny Appleseed was inspired by a beautiful soul, Particia of Woolytales. I saw her perfect tiny painting, with her perfect tiny apples, and was immediately inspired to sculpt an apple! Perhaps not perfect, but they are apples, none the less. I traveled just a bit around the path of "Fairy Tales" and ventured into Folklore, but I think Johnny is cute as a button, hope you do as well! Thank you sweet Patricia, I will be watching. Hugs, Christel
Little Johnny Appleseed has been puchased by Karin in Pa. SOLD
