Marie Rococo doll

Hello finally finished Marie late last night! This doll was so much fun to create, she took many hours, too many to mention, but well worth my effort. I am so happy with how she turned out. She was created over my unique armature, which has 9 points of articulation. Her upper torso, head forearms and hands, and lower leg and feet have all been sculpted. She is dressed in raw silk, cotton, and silk lace. I hope you like her, and will check out her auction on ebay! Fairy Blessings, Christel

I wanted to show Marie with darker hair too, The blonde wig was included in her sale, but she traveled as a brunette!

She also made a doll as such in the summer that blew me away, as THIS ONE DOES! Bravo my friend, and thank you for coming to visit me! I hope you are well? 7. ...and this DOLL is so exquisitely made that as I see her again, I see even more detail on her. She truly has a Rococo style to her in every way my dear! Thank you so much for enjoying my post. I'll tell ya something...for as simple as my words are to me, sometimes I think it's simply God that gives any of us artists the right words, strokes of paint or agility of hands (in your case) to create things that move us.

Bless you dearest Christel, and enjoy the rhythms of God's earth. Anita
