Elven Scout

Hello to  my friends. My apologies for not posting much lately. I think this crazy election got everyone stirred up, and now scratching our heads wondering... what's going to happen? Not judging Trump, nor Clinton..just a little bewildered. Hope you are all doing well. Wanted to share this Male Elven Scout I created, and have listed on my ebay now.  Hope you all are excited about Thanksgiving, and like me, have much to be thankful for! xoxox Christel

Depression Era Poignant doll sculpture

My latest work is a bit different. I have added to my home grown series of country children,  but this time I took us back before many of our times. This doll is a 5' piece, depicting a young girl selling turnips by the road side during the depression. Hope you like her. She is listed on my ebay now. xoxox Christel

Miniature Hostas/greenery Galvanized container

Hello friends, I know it has been quite some time since I posted. The end of Feb. was not a good time for our family. We lost two loved ones within 8 days. My brother, and my sisters brother in law. Both young, seemingly healthy, active, men.

Just wanted to post my latest creation, a small 1;12 scale galvanized Faux) container, filled with hostas, and greenery. I love how these flower containers turn out! Made simply from paper, paint, glue, a little string, two tiny bits of wire, and a little patience :) but, so sweet. Hope you are all having a great week, we are drowning here in Ky.

Realistic Miniature bouquets, and Baskets in 1;12 scale

Hello everyone! Hope you are having a great week so far! It is very cold, and icy here, warming up later in the week, so I am looking forward to that! Last week, it was unseasonably warm, leading me to be inspired by the onset of spring flowers! I created these pretty bouquets, and baskets of English roses from paper, wire, and some tiny embellishments. I sat at the kitchen table, ( where there is great overhead lighting) and made these for four days! I really love the outcome. There's something about a bouquet of flowers that makes ones heart sing..even in miniature, and in a dollhouse! (Hope the dollies love them too) These are all available, and reasonably priced on my ebay now. There are ten one of a kind items to choose from!  Thank you for taking the time to stop in and visit. I appreciate you! xoxox Christel
